Where do we ship from?

We ship from Hong Kong.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because we try to ship our products as quickly as possible, any changes or cancellations must be made within the first 12 hours. All requests for it will be denied. Upon receipt of the product, a return can be made for a refund provided the product has not been damaged by you.

What payment methods do we accept?

We accept credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and Paypal.

When will my order be executed?

All orders are managed in our warehouse and executed from there. We ask for your understanding for extra time during public holidays or sales seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and shipped the day after processing. Please note that we cannot ship during the weekend.

How long will it take to receive my product?

Due to the high demand, deliveries can take between 1 and 2 weeks to arrive.

What if I don't receive my product?

If you have not received your product within 30 days of shipment, you are eligible for a full refund.

Will I be charged customs and tax fees?

The prices shown on our website are in Euros and are tax free, so it is possible that you may be required to pay duties and taxes once you have received your delivery. Import taxes, duties and customs fees may be charged once once your product arrives at its destination. These depend on the local customs office. Payments of customs duties and taxes are your own responsibility and are not covered by us. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by your country's customs office. What if goods I have received are damaged, incorrect or defective?

Please contact us if you have received incorrect, missing, and/or defective goods. Please include your item number and photos of the item after receiving the package. We will do our best to solve the problem as soon as possible.

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original payment method. If you completed your payment by credit or debit card, you will receive your credits in your bank account within 7-10 business days of your cancellation request or receipt of your return.
Please contact your card issuing bank if you have any questions about when your refund will arrive. If you haven't received your refund yet, here's what you can do: contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before you receive the refund on your account.
